I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing in-person services in Santa Barbara California and online services to California residents. I offer support for individuals, teens, couples, and families from diverse populations.
Beyond my clinical training and education, my work is also influenced by my experiences exploring and training in non-traditional and indigenous healing scenarios including rites-of-passage and initiation experiences for men, women, and teens.
I consider emotional literacy as imperative and emotional mastery as the goal.
I support my clients to connect to life as integrated and authentic individuals with well-defined goals and passionate purpose.
